Personify Leadership is a two-day, hands-on leadership development program valued at $1,500. Local businesses are encouraged to send a manager, employee, emerging leader, or experienced team member who is ready to grow.

This is not your typical seminar. Participants will work through real-world situations and gain practical tools they can immediately use to communicate more effectively, manage difficult conversations, delegate with confidence, build trust, solve problems, and improve team performance.

There is no cost to attend; the only commitment is participation in the full two-day session. Opportunities like this are rarely available locally at no charge, so businesses are strongly encouraged to take advantage of it!

• October 5 & 6 | 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• October 20 & 21 | 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• November 17 & 18 | 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Sessions will be held in the Community Room at Lincoln County Credit Union, 714 W. 6th Street in Libby.
