DESCRIPTION:The Clash of the Carvers is an International Chainsaw Carving Championship that hosts 20 carving artists for four whole days. Artists start with a bare log on Thursday at 8am.\nLocals and tourists are invited to come watch these artists put their blood\, sweat\, and tears into their craft… and make sure to come back on Sunday at 2pm to see who takes the grand prize!\nGet a break from all the buzz down at the brand new (and free) Loggin’ Littles Carnival at the end of Mineral Ave(Depot Park)! You’ll be able to find a shady place to eat\, throw some axes\, shop local.. and you can even cool off by volunteering to be dunked in our dunk tank!\nClap along to some live local bands at The Keep during lunch\, and have yourself a blast! Register and start at the Mint Bar located at 110 Mineral Avenue and end at the Switchback Bar & Grill located at 485 Hwy 2 West.\n\nFriday\, August 15\, 2025 \n\nCar Show and Cruise Registration. 2:00pm – 7:30pm. Igniters registration table on Mineral Avenue.\nFriday Night Cruise. 6:00pm – 9:00pm. Mineral Avenue.\nNeon Lights & Flame Throwers. 9:00pm. Mineral Avenue in front of First Montana Bank.\n\nFriday Night Cruise Rules \n\nREGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 7:30PM SHARP. No late entries for the Friday night cruise after the 7:30pm registration deadline.\nNO BURNOUTS\, NO EXCESSIVE SPEED\, NO EXCEPTIONS! We appreciate horsepower as much as anyone\, but a crowded Mineral Avenue is not the safest place to do this. If you choose to lay down some rubber\, you will be immediately disqualified and ejected from the cruise entirely.\nOPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOL are strictly prohibited in cars that are cruising.\n\n\nWe recognize that cruising has been an important part of our car show and more importantly\, our heritage. To honor this tradition\, we have implemented changes with one goal in mind – for this to be a fun\, safe\, family-friendly community event where we can all enjoy cruising and spending the evening along Mineral Avenue. In order for this to be a successful event and for future Friday night cruises to be considered\, we need everyone’s cooperation to make sure all rules are followed and everyone stays safe.\nSaturday\, August 16\, 2025 \n\nCar Show Registration. 8:00am – 12:00pm. Register at DJ’s booth on 6th Street next to The Dome Theater and Stytches Bent West.\nAwards Ceremony and Pedal Car Drawing. 3:00pm. Mineral Avenue.\nRon Remp Memorial Burnout Contest. 5:00pm. Millpond Motocross Park. Park entrance via Fishpond Road on Hwy 2 South. Access across Hwy 2 from Saverite South Service Station.\nClosing Ceremony and Live Music. Immediately following the Burnout Contest. Mineral Avenue.\n\nIgnite the Nites Events and Car Show Etiquette \n\nNO PETS ALLOWED. No pets are allowed downtown during any of the Ignite the Nites events.\nNO MOTORIZED/WHEELED DEVICES. No bicycles\, skateboards\, hoverboards\, roller skates\, rollerblades or other similar motorized/wheeled devices are allowed.
