SUMMARY:Free Sports Physicals
DESCRIPTION:LES grade 5 and 6 students who plan to participate in sports will need to provide a sports physical and purchase and activity pass. \n\n\n\nFREE sports physicals can be completed at LMHS on Wednesday\, August 6th. ****A hard copy needs to be submitted to the LES office. LES does NOT use Arbiter/Dragonfly (those are platforms for Middle and High school students). \n\n\n\nLES students will also need to purchase a $20 activity/participation pass. This is NOT affiliated with the LMHS family/sports pass. Passes can be purchased online (once online registration opens August 11th) or at the LES office (cash or check).
